Masse Builders is an experienced general contractor that makes the building process streamlined, enjoyable, and successful for residential and commercial projects in greater Boston. Established in 2018 by Bekour Masse and Isaiah Bust.

Bekour Masse

From spending time as a boy on construction sites with his general contractor Dad, Bekour has spent a lifetime learning the building trade. Many years of on-the-job experience later, he's honed his craft, grown his team, and earned his reputation as a trusted partner for a wide variety of building projects.

Isaiah Bust

A builder alongside his business partner from the age of 17, Isaiah brings deep expertise in planning and project management, and a unique perspective on building methods that comes from his European roots. Off the job site, Isaiah stays busy with plenty of construction projects on his 50-acre farm.

  • Requirements:

    •Must be able to read plans and interpret what is drawn.

    •Leadership skills that allow for oversight of both carpentry work and other job progress

    •Troubleshooting skills.

    •Must have knowledge of appropriate health and safety precautions and procedures.

    •Ability to lift, carry push and pulling object(s) weighing up to 75 pounds.

    •5+ years of high-end frame to finish residential carpentry experience required.

    •Self-Motivated, leader, well organized, detail oriented.

    •Must be able to communicate effectively with Trade Partners and Clients.
